I had to come get my car from J&S Towing . When I got there Ms. Silema Martinez Was so very helpful and nice and made sure I had everything I needed. She treated me with so much respect and like I was family and that’s something you don’t see now and days. If anyone have any problems and trying to find your vehicle talk to Ms. Silema Martinez She will get you right.
John was great! He called me right away and let me know when he would be arriving. He arrived on time and was incredibly courteous.
Usually, it’s never a good experience getting your vehicle impounded but shout out to Donna for taking the time to explain the process in how to get it out. I called about 4 times, she was patient, polite and very professional. There was no issues with anything missing, my keys were not locked in my vehicle by accident, and I was in and out in 15 minutes.
Loved the service, very professional and even offered us some water on a hot Texas day as we waited for our car to get out. If my car gets towed again I would love it if it was here again
Excellent service. My daughter needed a tire switched out. Called around 1:00 am they got right to her and switched it out. Highly recommend.
I got myself in a tight position and was stuck and couldn't get out with a 18 wheeler 🤯 It was early morning around 2:AM and I started calling tow truck companies all around Dallas and it seemed EVERYONE was still sleeping INCLUDING The "24HR" companies and then Finally I found HBL Towing, agreed to their price and they sent a driver named Antonio who arrived exactly when dispatch said he would..he arrived and got straight down to business, he knew his field of work and performed a excellent job and got us unstuck 👍😎.. I made a rookie mistake and it cost me but if it wasn't for HBL TOWING I'm sure it would have cost me more.... I thank their team for the Great service and top of the line equipment to bail me out 🙏.
Rob and his wife was great service. Despite the odds with my car being towed, they waved a fee and was kindly cracking jokes with us. It was a smooth transaction and I’m great full my car came here.

We used this outfit for an equipment off load and deck set on site. The team that arrived to do the work and the equipment they command are top notch, and are an example of well trained ,experienced professionals having the right tools to do the job.

It was Saturday at 5 PM, everybody else said they couldn’t send help. These guys were there for me within 45 mins of when I called. Both the lady on the phone & the guy who towed my car were professional & kind. Will only use them going forward
